mailboxes etc manzanillo has the right to ship medicine now. in my experience, they get stuff through customs fast, with fair duties and no damage when customs opens parcels. plants/trees can be brought in with a special certificate. seeds are legal as long as they are in small quantities. ditto fertilizers. the postmaster in SMA told me that customs agents confiscate things they want to keep. maybe he was joking.
