LOTS & LOTS of bloody luck with UPS. it took me more than 24 emails, about 30 bucks´phone calls, 8 weeks´ wait and finally an intercession by the Royal Bank of Canada´s oombudsman to get my Visa card from the P.V. UPS office to Frank´s house (thanks, sweetie) on calle playa blanca. UPS lost my 65th birthday Urgent parcel-- toronto to SMA-- for a month, and then, two weeks later, i got a call from the UPS border crossing office ( forget which one) giving ME hell for causing a fuss over their mistake.
