I do not use my Banamex account much, but I have tried over and over again for the past 5 years to pay the TelMex bill on line and I have not been able to do it with any of my US Cards or my Banamex Visa Debit card for the ATM. I have been just doing the drive to Melaque. Having a payment station here is good for me.
