This town prides itself on being a turtle refuge, and there is a law NO MOTORIZED machines on the beach. However the beach is a virtual highway. 100's of fast passing -- up and down and swift turning. Last year,a few times, there were police to stop them. Is there any way to get signs and have someone appointed to break the habit?
