Sounds like the juice lady's dog to me. Last time I saw her she was really thin, but not bleeding. Tomorrow morning I'll go and see her. She's getting up in age and I have to assume she has erhlichia. It's a tick born disease (even Cisco got it in March) and as in Dengue one bite from an infected tick(mosquito in Dengue) passes it on.
