Pilates classes with Fabienne

Start the New Year off right and join us for Pilates.
Fabienne has been a personal trainer to some in La Manzanilla as well as a Pilates and Yoga teacher. She will be starting a Pilates class twice a week at Casa Shanti Del Mar. You will be able to do Pilates with the ocean breeze to cool you. Please email me with any questions

Location: Casa Shanti Del Mar
126 Maria 3 doors north of Daniels
Monday and Thursday - starting Monday Jan 11th
11:00 AM and finish between 12:00 and 12:30
70 peso per class for regulars
100 peso for a one time class
Please let me know if you will need a mat and there will be one provided for you

Door will be open so come on in and come up to 2nd floor. All levels are welcome.
