Tai Chi Classes

Starting Monday January 4th, and for the next few weeks, Lonny Fox will teach Cheng Man Ching's yang short form of Tai Chi in the palapa at Casa Milpa, 75 Boca del Rio.

Lonny is trained in the yang family tradition and teaches Hellerwork and Tai Chi at Pacific Rim College in Victoria.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:15. Please wear loose clothing and soft soled shoes or socks. Beginners are welcome and all levels encouraged.
