Are you new to yoga or want to learn more of what yoga is all about? Come to Yoga for beginners 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Wednesdays at LiveBliss Studios, located on Playa Blanca, a few doors down from Cafe Des Flores and also across from the Fish Coop.

In this class you will learn foundational poses, yoga terminology, ways to strengthen your practice and more.
