Yoga intensive/ Massage

Please join one or all of my 2 week yoga retreats. Starting Jan 15th to Jan 29th at Maria CastelazzoŽs palapa. WeŽll be starting at 11AM until 1PM every day for a 2 hour class. Therapeutic yoga is emphasised sometimes using balls and props, emphasis on feeling the prana, postural work, alignment, chanting and chakra work. Explore your inner self.Morning clases on the beach of Qi Kung, meditation and pranayama, meet at my trailer at 7:30AM. All levels may join. Cost is 100 pesos per class. Rieko and I hope to see you there.

Rieko and Brenda are also available for beach massage. Rieko does barefoot shiatsu and Thai style massage. Brenda therapeutic, acupressure and medical Qi Kung energy work. We can also come to your place. Prices very reasonable.
