This is not a plug for Banamex ..... God knows that we had all of those issues getting our bill payments sorted out with them. But we stuck with it and now have had two years of problem-free payment of Telmex and electric bills by them. Sure beats wondering where and when these bills be located and how one is going to pay them.

Speaking of Telmex, last time we were in there we saw advertised a cheaper plan for a combo deal on telephone, internet and limited long distance calling. Took 5 minutes to change our account and we are saving a fair amount on our monthly bill.
