looking for a bicycle

I will be in La Manzanilla for the month of Feb 2010 and would love to have access to a bicycle on a daily basis. Can anyone loan, rent or tell me where I might find a reasonably priced bike to use for the month. I'm about 5'4", so nothing too big. I prefer something where I can sit more upright.
