This Wednesday night is another freeform 5 rhthyms
dance. You have an opportunity to dance on many different levels, just plain fun, fabulous exercise, sweating your prayers, moving meditation to bring personal clarity, it all works.
7:30 to 8:30

We are also dancing gypsy,folk fusion Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30. This is a womans class and if there are men out there who would like to explore this dance form please contact me.
