guest yoga teacher

Hello to all yogis ---there will be a guest yoga teacher for a few weeks ---his name is Ken Law and he is Kripalu trained with a hatha flow type of class. These will be Tues and Thurs at 1 pm at Casa Milpa --same place as my Mon Wed and Fri classes. So give it a try as its always fun to see and try anothers perspective.
