I have very much been enjoying your class, Martina. It’s great to have such a wide variety of interesting activities available in La Manzanilla.

For those of you who haven’t tried improv theater, it’s a great opportunity to get quiet inside yourself and discover hidden talents that you might not have known you have. We do lots of interesting exercises, such as circular breathing to warm up and ground ourselves, creative movements with the body to music, vocal work, imagery and improvisational acting. I hope I summed up accurately what we do, Martina…is there anything you want to add?

Hope you all can come join us in this creative process & journey into ourselves. Martina leads the class in English, but can also speak Spanish upon request.
