Vallarta to Manzanilla by bus

I'm headed to LM next week and here is what I have gathered so far. From PV there seems to be at least two bus lines: Cihatlan and Primera Plus. There seems to be at least two departure times: 7:45 am. and 12:30 pm. I don't know which line these times applies to. The busses leave from the regional station sometimes called Central Nueva which is a short distance from the Airport. You take the bus to Melaque and then take a local bus or taxi to LM. Kimberly's suggested web site, seatosierra.com is a good one. I have received the following numbers from a Spanish school I will be attending in LM and PV:

from the U.S. (011)52-322-290-0715
in Mexico (01) 322-290-0715

I haven't tried them yet nor do I know if they are up to date. Oh Yea, the trip to Melaque is about four hours I'm told. Buena Suerte
