I wonder of us who can afford to pay such a small amount would not do so. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I assume that they are not aware that there is such a thing as a water bill ..... non-readers of the message board that they may be. Given that the "La Manzanilla Water Authority" has no means of informing those who are tardy, I agree that we should pester our friends and neighbours. Maybe we need a list of those who have paid as a starting point.
