A short term solution could be the purchase of a chipper, the kind they use for garden refuge. That would reduce the volume of plastic that the bottles take up & keep the bottles from filling with water. All the plastic bottles in the community might then fill only one of our current bins. Maybe the powers that be can aford a chipper?
