Retreat classes

I am offering yoga and Qi Kung classes this week Feb 9th to 16th.

Morning classes of pranayama, Qi Kung and Inner Smile meditataion from 8 to 9:30Am every morning at Conchas on the beach.
Yoga from 11Am to1PM at Marias palapa in town on Los Angeles Locos
Restorative yoga afternoons 5PM to 6:30Pm. on the beach.
All classes open to all levels and cost 100 pesos each. Come to one or all its up to you.
