Could someone who recently did a simple renewal at Manzanillo reply with the list of documents needed? Our situation was different: we were gullible last year and believed the Manzanillo office who told us that we had to apply in PV. So this year when we persuaded Manzanillo to take our renewal, they made us do another new application since our records were in PV not Manzanillo. Since we had everything with us it was no problem. And we got our preferred clinic (Melaque) without even asking. Good luck, Carol!
