Mexican Cuisine Cooking Class I was asked to teach some of my favorite Mexican dishes on Thursday, March 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Due to limited cooking space I have 8 spaces for this cooking class. You will help prepare a sample of some old Mexican favorites which will be shared as our meal. I will provide you with your own recipe book, and some ideas for substitutions to make it easier for you to replicate recipes back at home. A tentative menu is as follows but will listen to suggestions for alternative dishes (majority rules) and keeping in mind availability of products back home. Sopa de Tortilla 2 versions Mole and/or Pipian long and short version Spanish Rice Frijoles 2 versions Flan de Naranja Some quick appetizers For drink Jamaica wine cooler This class is for folks who wonder what are they going to do without their dose of Mexican food when they go back home and/or for those who want to share their favorite meals with their loved ones. Cost for class is $ 200.00 pesos.
