We had these perogies tonight and found they were quite good - served with mexican bacon bits and fried onions, and of course Crema Pura de vaca. (For sausage we used the chorizo from the Vacita Feliz). They are not cheap - 50 pesos for 14 pcs, but hey, to have perogies in paradise... priceless!
