I have a good friend who is a member of the rotary clubs in Barra de Navidad and Vancouver Island. He would need a list of the required items, itemized, with the prices and in order of priority, so we can hand in an application for donations. Collecting money for good purposes is the Rotary Club´s goal, it seems.

How could that be organized?
