Thursday Films at Casa Milpa

In addition to the serious foreign and domestic art films we are offering on Sundays, we will be continuing our Thursday night film series at 7 PM, Casa Milpa, Richard and Nansee's palapa. This Thursday the film is "Visioning Tibet", a documentary about Dr. Marc Lieberman, an opthamologist whose passion is to end preventable blindness in Tibet, which has the highest rate of cataract blindness in the world. The film focuses on two Tibetans and the arduous journey they make to have their sight restored by doctors trained by Dr. Lieberman.
