Paying parking tickets

While in the fair city of Autlan last week, I got a parking ticket on my U.S. plated Toyota. The ticket shows the Gobierno de Jalisco as the issuing agency.

Doesn't any know where such a ticket can be paid? Around the La Manz/Melaque area?
