Does anyone know the hours of the La Manzanilla Centro de Salud clinic (always subject to change, I know, but it would be good to know as a starting point!)

Also, who is the doctor right now, and what is his/her cel. phone number?

Last year I heard that the doctor had to pay for their cel. phone out of their own salary, and this was a high percentage of the salary, so sometimes he/she was out of communication. Is this true, and if so, does anyone have a suggestion as to how to remedy the problem? With all the talk about security and lack of it, it would be good to know how to help make sure there is an emergency medical response plan here.
