TRADICIONAL HUICHOL CEREMONIES

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the 9th, 10th and 11th of March there will be a group of Huichol selling art and presenting examples of a few of the traditional ceremonies of their culture in the jardin. Look for them in the small jardin near the ocean

The tiaguis will be there from 9 AM till about 9 PM.

The ceremonies will be presented:

10AM daily- "The Corn Ceremony" also called
"The Drum Ceremony"

6PM Tuesday- "The Deer Dance"

6PM Wednesday- "The Marriage Ceremony"

6PM Thursday- "The Peyote Dance"

There is no charge but donations are requested for this rare opportunity.
