The dream workshop teacher has studied with teachers in Jungian tradition and bases her workshop on many of these ideas. She guides her students into a relaxing and healing dream state, so they can learn more about themselves and how their dreams inform their waking life. Techniques such as drumming, journaling, theater and meditation will be used as a means of accessing the dream state.

The yoga classes incorporate Hatha yoga postures and the principles of meditation and were influenced by Phoenix Rising Yoga therapy.
