Cisco's Amigos Clinic

So the upcoming clinic starts on March 19th and runs until the 23rd of March. Wow. That is really close!!! If anyone would like to cook a dinner time meal(to go) for the Vets that would be really great. Melaque does a great job in providing meals so I think with all the great cooks we have here we can do the same. Dianne Phelps has already come to the "plate" to do one night. |
We're also looking for vehicles to transport animals from Tenacatita and Arroyo Seco. Ones with camper shells work best, but a car will work just fine. There could be as many as 20 animals from the Tena area that need rides there and back.
Please call or e-mail if you can help. 351-5164 0r email@example.com
And a little bit of news: Fifi the dog on the main road coming into town (taken in by the family that repairs tires) has had the operation to remove that useless leg. She is doing fine and with the help of a very wonderful lady her bills are being covered.Ciscos is providing whatever supplies we have. There is one other amputation that needs to be done next week. It would be great if we could get some help in covering that cost too.
Thank god they are putting in the topes in town. I wish they would put more on the main road but we have to be thankful for what we get. Thank you to all the people that petitioned La Huerta to have them put in.They will not only help the children but the dogs too.
