Women's New Moon Celebration at Casa Milpa

We will celebrate the new moon in Pisces on Monday evening March 15, 7 pm. at Casa Milpa, 75 Boca del Rio, La Manzanilla We are also approaching the time of the Spring or Vernal Equinox! - a time of balance between night and day, winter and summer, and the time of planting seeds and tilling our gardens. In the spirit of the new moon and the equinox we will be doing a ritual seed planting in our "inner" gardens this month. If you have seeds that you have collected, bring them so they may be blessed and included in our ritual. Each woman will need 3 to 5 seeds. Norma Miller, (who is providing the theme this month) and Nansee will be have extra seeds for you if you do not have your own. These symbolic seeds can become a permanent part of your personal altar. This is also a time of parting for many of us, and a celebration of our deepening community of women here in La Manzanilla. How blessed we are to know one another! For those of you who have already left for the season, know that you will be included in our circle! Looking forward to an evening of song, dance, ritual and sharing. Norma and Nansee
