Iyengar Yoga at Boca de Iguanas

Join us for the last two--maybe three--weeks of Iyengar yoga on Plaza Olivia at Boca de Iguanas.
Iyengar Yoga is a system of yoga which is readily adaptable for various levels of ability and for many medical conditions and physical limitations. Beginners are as welcome as are experienced yogis.
Props are provided, though, of course, you are welcome to bring your own.
Classes are Wednesday and Thursday mornings, 9:30-11:00. Cost: $100 per class
Ask for Jo Anna or Casa Alcalde at the restaurant (if you're walking up the beach from La Manz) or at the front gate (if you're driving).
Dogs on leash are welcome; we might even teach yours to do adho mukha svanasana--downward facing dog-- before the day is done. Vegetarian treats are provided--for the dogs, that is. :o)
