Parts of it are similar or even identical but not all...and in light of the events at Ciudad Juarez over the weekend - (see NY Times article today - http://www.nytimes.com/todaysheadlines "Two Drug Slayings in Mexico Rock U. S. Consulate") and the fact that many people will soon be driving up north, I thought it worthwhile to exceptionally post this message. It can't do any harm to be aware and to consider the advice offered whatever the citizenship. |
