We've crossed at Sonoyta/Lukeville a couple of times and find it small, clean, and relatively quick--nothing seedy or unpleasant about it at all. Helga, we've often joked about the crime rate in certain Canadian cities as well--so it's not just Mexico or the US. Safe travels, everyone!
