I was not there when Byron Katie supposedly spoke this quote, so I can't say exactly what the context was. Although having had some exposure of her teachings, I would venture to say that she was referring to one's grasping of concepts. Since all concepts are false, not absolutely true, then this simple quote points to a place where there is no attachment to concepts. That is how I read it, right NOW.
