Refrigerator repairs

We had "Carlos" repair a frig, but after paying him $1400p., the frig still didn't work properly. The worst part was that , in spite of many calls and promises, he didn't return to fix it. A0fter 2 weeks of this, we called Jose Luis at 315-104-2803. He was there the same day, fixed the frig and strikes us as a reliable person.
