I can't tell you how much I don't like this faux Pyrex...let's just say a wonderful dessert was ruin because of this stuff. I have brought Pyrex from the states to cook in. Even better I have bought Le Creuset baking pans (heavy but oh so wonderful to bake in). Just a suggestion. It was so sad to see my lovely dessert on the bottom of a hot oven. I swore like a sailor for about twenty minutes! I think Willy and the dog both hid.
