IMSS payments

I have an accountant doing this for me in every house we build.

IMSS payments are too high, according to the service you get back from their hospitals, but it still has to be paid, and there are big fines if you don't.

Something we also do, is having all permits before start building, specially on the beach, where environmental permits are mandatory.
