Hector Loza is now set up to take care of FM3 applications and renewals at the Manzanillo immigration office. He will complete the necessary forms and take your original documents (incl. passports) and copies to Manzanillo, pay the fees at the bank on your behalf and 3 weeks later pick up the new FM3's or renewals.

So - no need to wait for hours at the immigration office - Hector will do it for you.
