If Cristobal Ortiz is Notario #4 out of Manzanillo that visits a lawyers office in Cihuatlan .... I used him for my first prestanombre. He was less than half the price of Lomeli (in Cihuatlan)

When I changed prestanombres without prior consent of the first I was concerned of the process so went to an other lawyer (Ejido friend) that used Lomeli. I paid more money but got it done.

Second lawyer and Lomeli both had no problem with the first prestanombre papers so I assume they were done correctly. Might depend on how tricky your issue is.

Lomeli is the only Notary in Cihutlan municipio but you are in La Huerta
