I guess you want to go there directly from the airport. If so, turn right onto route 200 after exiting the airport. Follow signs to Manzanillo hotel zone, not Manzanillo downtown/Colima. The first big grocery store will be Mexicana Comercial on your right, followed by Walmart a little further down on the right, followed by Sorieno further down on the left. All are good, so take your pick.
