At the top of the screen click 'go', then 'contacts'. Then click 'phone list'. Then right click on the column titles such as 'fax, business, etc' individually and select 'remove column'. Then try a print preview and see if that's how you want it to look. When I tried it, I left 'mobile' for those folks that use cell phones. |
