This is what I've been told...and I am holding a brand new plan that is called "AT&T VIVA MEXICO"...I called my rep yesterday to reconfirm and will go back in to check one more time....as I understand, you pay a monthly plan and you can use it anywhere AT&T has service. My primo has been using his, in La Manz, without a problem...I LOVE IT!!!!
