Hotel Del Rio in Navajoa takes pets. My friends and I have stayed there many times with my dog. It's a good place with a nice restaurant on site (and a pool if you're interested). The only problem I've ever had there was with very loud noise on the weekends from a deposito across the road. Guys parked outside the deposito and drank beer and played music in their trucks so loud you could feel the base thumping the walls of your room until about 3 or 4 in the morning. But I never had that problem when I stayed there on a week night. I found it best to book directly through the hotel instead of Best Western's main web site.
