why compare?
the world is always "dangerous" depending on your own values: Baltimore, La manz or nairobi.
we chose to live somewhere at onetime for the beautiful benefits it offers not for the "drawbacks".We have to adapt to the "local" conditions.
We cannot impose or demand our "security"
in la manz.it is a paradise besides all this.
