I am glad that the Best Western tip worked for you all. I've thought about this web-site being watched by the bad-guys, they seem to have pretty sophisticated communication networks so why wouldn't they monitor every website related to tourism towns such as this one, SMA, Manzanillo etc. My other thought based on the info from the state dept. is that these guys don't really care about the condition and looks of the vehicle because they just want to use it for a roadblock. They don't want it to be traced back to anyone in Mexico and foreign vehicles are just perfect for this. Therefore the GPS warning is the best sticker to go on a vehicle because the criminals don't want their activities to be tracked. bink |
