Tierralege A.C. and the Catalina Foundation will be co-sponsoring a hands-on organic agriculture course on the days of June 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. The cost is $500 pesos per person (a veritable steal!). The course will cover a number of techniques focused on improving soil organically by creating bocachi, worm humus, compost and microorganisms. It will be held at Gabriela de La Vega´s "Rancho Bugambilias" in Arroyo Seco. To register for the course please contact Mary Jo Oberg at 351-5398, or by e-mail at: jomary60@gmail.com.
