Helga You really need to read the context of the new law 1070. A person, ANY PERSON, can ONLY be pulled over 1st for an infraction. What is an infraction?? No taillight, No Plates, Speeding, running a red light, excessive smoke, drunk driving, seat belts etc. No one will be pulled over for the color of their skin. There is NO number 2. When she stated Lets pull over the "white" people and check their I.D's she stepped over the line. No comment I made was Fascist or racist in anyway. Arizona is only trying to enforce a law thats already a law that the Federal government in Washington refuses to enforce. I'm in Mexico 3 to 4 times a year and when stopped at any Military check points I'm ALWAYS asked for ID, Passport, Visa and my luggage is always opened up while the local people are just waved through. Is that profiling?? I just show the correct papers and then on my way. Fascist. No Way...Racist. Far from it. German--100% Have a great day but please----- Thanks  |
