| The mojote I buy from Martin's Restaurant does not need brewing. Simply put a heaping tablespoon in a cup and add boiling water. No need to strain it. It settles to the bottom right away and when you drink down to the dregs don't worry about it. It tastes great and is full of vitamins and minerals. Mojote is found in many recipes and is good food. No caffein just good food. To drink it cold I mix it stronger with hot water and add ice. I like milk in it. Enjoy! Hello friends, RB |
