I will echo the endorsement for "Destinos". It's great! Another great site is spanishpod.com. You can get free "Newbie" lessons on iTunes or you can go to their website and get a free one week trial. All of their lessons can be uploaded to your MP3 or iPod. There are several levels from Newbie to Advanced. Another good site, which you can subscribe to (not sure of the price) is News in Slow Spanish. There is also lots of free content.
There is also a school in La Manz that offers week long courses; Catalina School of Language or something to that effect.
