We invite you to join us at Live Bliss studio, next to the bookstore for yoga! Discover your strength and flexibility from the inside out. Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9-10 a.m. Also, join us for Meditation Wednesdays. We meditate for 30 minutes after class on Wednesdays. Classes are donation only and mats are available. Namaste, Karen |
