Here are some emergency numbers for Mexico
(I hope nobody needs them):

These 2 numbers are like 911 in the States.
The numbers depend on where you are. They do not have one number nationwide.

is the number for the ANGELES VERDES (green angels) if your car brakes down on the toll road. They give you free road service.

01/314-336-5677
is a head quarter police station which can give you the number for the police where you are.
